About the Role:
You will lead the strategy and delivery of Market Intelligence (MI) within the Experience function with a focus on driving business growth through applicable insights. You will identify opportunities and threats developing intelligence-led strategies in consideration of propositions and programmes and maximising internal data to enhance marketing web and sales performance. We ask that you understand business operations analytics and data visualisation to produce insights that influence important strategies improve outcomes and ensure collaboration. You will report to the Vice President - Marketing Operations and use a hybrid work schedule. You will work with us for 16-18 months depending on date of start.
