Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Reception & Administration Assistant offering top-notch services for Guests.

Full Time 39 Hours Per Week. Rate of pay 13.09 per hour.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests including check-in/out and complete audit procedures as needed.
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors appraised of feedback from guests and other departments.
  • Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of hotel room categories room rates packages promotions and other product knowledge critical to performing daily duties.
  • Improve room occupancy and apply up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Use accurate procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies credit cards and cash in line with the hotel credit policy.
  • Align with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as required encouraging a collaborative environment.


Qualifications

To successfully fill this role we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
