Summary:
The Tenancy Support Officer plays a vital role in helping tenants with complex needs sustain their tenancies and maintain independent living. The post holder provides intensive person-centred support to vulnerable tenants living in Rugby Borough Council properties by developing tailored support plans coordinating services and working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies. The role contributes to the delivery of an effective and customer-focused housing service promoting tenancy sustainment financial stability and positive outcomes for residents.
