We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis in this role you will provide exceptional service to our customers offering product advice and support whilst driving sales through genuine engagement and professionalism. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications :
**Required:** Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong people skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting targets Customer service excellence and a genuine passion for helping others Reliable time keeping and ability to work flexibly within agreed part-time hours Organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
**Desirable:** Previous experience in a retail or sales environment Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems Product knowledge relevant to our industry Problem-solving abilities and resilience in a dynamic environment Willingness to undertake induction training and continuous professional development
