Security Site Supervisor (FTC)

Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

• Support the recruitment induction training and ongoing development of Security Officers to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective security service.
• Maintain all security-related documentation records logs reports and administrative processes ensuring they are completed accurately professionally and within required timescales.
• Manage and oversee visitor management processes ensuring all site access and egress procedures are followed in accordance with company requirements.
• Monitor and support the performance of Security Officers ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Assignment Instructions and site procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with the Contract Security Manager providing updates on operational performance incidents service delivery and emerging issues.
• Report all operational concerns security risks equipment issues welfare matters and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to the Contract Security Manager in a timely manner.

Were looking for someone who sees a different worldsomeone who values teamwork shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally youll have:

• A valid SIA licence & Full First Aid.
• Driving Licence.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel.
• Good working knowledge of security operations and security systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstance and events.
• The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken.
