The Roaming & Interconnect team are responsible for managing VodafoneThree s commercial relationship with 3rd party operators and Group Roaming Services for Interconnect & Roaming services. As the International Roaming Specialist you will be a fundamental part of the Roaming Operations team responsible for the operational success and quality of VodafoneThrees roaming products combined with providing a high-quality roaming experience for our 30 million customers travelling abroad whilst also delivering exceptional service to millions of inbound visitors on our networks.

• Test and launch new VoLTE 5G and core services including Commercial Launch thereby expanding VodafoneThrees global service footprint
• Update International Roaming Agreements ensuring technology neutrality and compilation of VoLTE Annex (C14)
• Manage roaming operational incidents and their resolution for VodafoneThree MVNO and inbound roaming customers in collaboration with vendors and technical teams where appropriate
• Provide input and support for projects that touch roaming ensuring no disruption to service and quality
• Update the Advice of Charge messages for VodafoneThree and MVNO customers as required
• Modify customers to the preferred roaming partners based on volume / financial/ commercial commitment
• Update International Roaming Agreements ensuring technology neutrality and compilation of VoLTE Annex (C14)

Qualifications :

• Experienced International Roaming Specialist or with relevant experience in Operations or Network Engineering roles
• Strong operational understanding of core network technologies including SS7 IP CAMEL IMS VoLTE 5G TADIG and related systems
• Ability to interpret and analyse network performance KPIs and service metrics
• Delivery-focused with the credibility and confidence to engage and influence stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail strong multitasking capability and effective communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Comfortable working and developing relationships with a variety of teams and stakeholders within VodafoneThree.
