Purpose of role
Our Global People Solutions team focuses on delivering a seamless scalable and high-quality employee experience through HR processes and technologies they improve. We maximise the value of our Oracle platform by ensuring efficient and user-centric solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Were looking for a technically capable People Solutions Analyst specialising in Payroll and Compensation to support the delivery and optimisation of Oracle HCM. You will report in to the Product Owner for Payroll Solutions. Working with Solutions Architects and Product Owners you will translate technical designs into system configuration. You will help improve delivery across Payroll and Workforce Compensation.
