What you will be doing
You will deliver high-quality training in Mechanical Craft and Fabrication supporting trainees in developing core engineering competencies. This will include:

You will also have A willingness to learn and continuously develop as a trainer (full training provided) as well as having strong communication skills and a passion for developing others

Ability to gain further qualifications and full training given
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro ratad and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
