An ambitious Secondary School in Sheffield is seeking a professional and highly organised Computer Science Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their experienced academic team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day instructional support across multiple key stages and assist senior leaders teaching staff and wider support teams. Responsibilities will include maintaining student progress records updating school tracking systems managing departmental correspondence supporting attendance administration and assisting with the organisation of coding hackathons computing projects and school technology networks.
You will also support communication with parents students and external agencies while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential as the role requires the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.
The school is looking for someone who is proactive reliable and confident managing specialized computing frameworks both independently and as part of a collaborative academic staff team. Good IT skills and software application knowledge are important alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous teaching placement or relevant instructional experience in Computer Science
