Job description
Providing excellent service every time is part of our mission to become the worlds most customer-centric company. As a Shipper Compliance Specialist youll set our service standards high and ensure were always meeting them never settling for substandard. Youll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. The AIC program (Auditing Insights and Compliance) audits contacts and collates feedback to create data that measures policy compliance of critical contacts (defined as on-road incidents health related or escalations) and actions associates take to enable delivery success.

This role requires regular travel to C-nodes multiple times per week. Business hours are flexible based on operational needs.

Key job responsibilities
Contributing to and producing weekly reports on Network Quality data
Conducting weekly audits and reaching set targets
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions such create/modify existing SOPs
Deep dive further into data and audit calls to prove or disprove a hypothesis
Communicate with customers using verbal and written communication methods ensuring accuracy and concision.
Retrospectively escalating Customer and Driver complaints to the appropriate departments
Be aware of and adhere to applicable company policies when dealing with customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to strive for continuous improvement
Track the results of changes made and measure improvement
Work independently on projects or tasks to identify and resolve issues

A day in the life
The Shipper Compliance Specialist facilitates flow of information between Shipping with Amazon and our external customers proactively resolving any potential issues that impacts customer experience and performance delivery.
The Shipper Compliance Specialist provides proactive and timely resolution to any issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (verbal and written) that build rapport.

The EU Shipping with Amazon team operates a shipping service that supports ecommerce businesses across the UK Italy Spain and France. We leverage Amazons extensive fulfillment network and delivery speeds without compromising on customer obsession. - Bachelors degree
- Experience in data-driven business operations processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
