The Work

Our current work is typically focused on applying our deep sector & strategy knowledge to various types of projects including:

• Commercial due diligence
• Strategy development and assessment
• Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
• Product and business unit strategy development
• Divestment options analysis

Youll work with a high-performing integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. Youll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant you will play a critical leadership role in all of the firms work. EY-Parthenon has a very flat structure which will allow you to become actively involved in many levels of client work. You will often be the primary contact for clients responsible for developing and executing work plans and managing associates. Given the demands of such an accelerated role your skills as a consultant are highly tuned in the areas of analytics communications teamwork and leadership.

Internally you will have leadership responsibilities in areas like recruiting training professional development addition you typically will get involved in key strategic initiatives such as the establishment of new practice areas and the generation of proprietary intellectual capital.

As a Senior Consultant you manage the day-to-day delivery of a workstream within a project managing teams of between 1 3 associates. You will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenons business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development. You will have opportunities to learn from a wide variety of senior team members through counselling relationships mentoring and addition EY-Parthenon provides a robust formal training programme designed to suit you at each stage in your career and help youto develop the skills needed to maximise your effectiveness as a consultant and an advisor. EY-Parthenon invests heavily in the professional development of its consultants. You Key Responsibilities

You will lead your teams in:

• Independently performing primary and secondary research including data gathering interviews and surveys
• Planning and developing analytics both qualitative and quantitative
• Developing the story the output to narrate the solution to the clients problem including written output (slides)
• Managing relationships with client stakeholders
• Fostering an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
• Developing a community within the team volunteering to support to develop an offer or other internal practice build initiatives such as Learning Operations Resourcing Recruitment etc.
• Counselling Associate Consultants to provide career direction and guidance

To qualify for the role you must:

• Be educated to bachelors degree level or equivalent required; Masters/MBA/PhD qualification helpful
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a strategy consulting transaction advisory or corporate finance role.
• Have both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Be clear and concise in your communication skills and be able to engage effectively with both clients and team members
• Possess a desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended client problems
