We are looking for an exceptional Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Financial Services consulting team. You will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of our Wealth Asset Management and Life & Pensions businesses delivering high-impact consulting projects and shaping the future of our practice. You will work closely with clients across these sectors to understand their needs and challenges develop innovative strategies and implement solutions that drive real business value. Youll work across a variety of transformation-focused engagements from taking new products and propositions to market optimising operating models and technology platforms and leveraging data to create impactful solutions.

You will have opportunity to:

• Lead and deliver large-scale / complex transformation programmes within Wealth Asset Management and/or Life & Pensions sectors.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to create and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our practice
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and provide expert advice.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop your own expertise.

Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Qualifications :

• Strong management consulting background.
• Extensive experience and proven track record in delivering transformation across Wealth Asset Management and/or Life & Pensions firms.
• Strong experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Managing large scale / complex transformation projects and programmes across core business functions such as front-office distribution and operations
  • Product and proposition development
  • Operating model design and implementation
  • Operational improvement and cost reduction
  • Technology vendor section and implementation
  • Business process outsourcing across the full lifecycle including business cases and implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
