This role works with SMARTYs P&L and propositions manager to drive incremental revenue from SMARTYs existing customer base. Optimising the performance of existing propositions such as Refer a friend and groups as well as achieving P&L targets for Margin through base up-sell upgrade and cross-sell programs. Working closely with the CVM team to build effective sales campaigns.
