Sitting within our Commercial Operations function youll take ownership of how we design deliver and evolve Financial Services across every market we operate in. This isnt just about finance products its about enabling our retailers supporting our partners and ultimately making it easier and more compelling for customers to join and stay with the brand. Youll shape the strategy that underpins retail and wholesale performance balancing commercial growth with strong governance risk management and regulatory excellence.

As our Global Head of Financial Services youll lead the definition and delivery of a truly global strategy ensuring our finance solutions are competitive customer-focused and fully compliant across all regions. Youll play a critical role in driving finance penetration profitability and retention while also building and evolving our wholesale funding approach to support dealer liquidity and network sustainability. Your remit will span product strategy funding frameworks partner management risk oversight and commercial performance making you a key voice in how Aston Martin competes and grows.

A key part of this role is working in close partnership with our Regional teams supporting delivery across markets and building strong relationships with Regional Presidents and Market Directors. Your ability to align global strategy with regional execution will be critical in driving performance and ensuring consistency across all markets.

Youll work closely with the Commercial Operations Director and Executive Leadership Team acting as a trusted adviser on all Financial Services matters. Whether youre providing insight on market trends challenging assumptions or shaping long-term strategy your ability to connect financial performance with commercial outcomes will be key.

This role also sits at the centre of a complex global partner landscape. Youll lead relationships with banks leasing companies and finance providers setting strategic frameworks that enable regional teams to succeed. Alongside this youll ensure robust governance strong regulatory compliance and clear oversight across all retail and wholesale programmes always keeping customer outcomes and risk at the forefront.

This is a hybrid role based out of Gaydon with an expectation of a minimum of three days onsite each week alongside international travel to work closely with regional teams and key partners.

Were looking for a proven leader who has operated at senior level within automotive financial services banking leasing or wider consumer finance. Youll bring experience of shaping and delivering strategy across international markets with a strong grip on FCA regulation and global consumer finance frameworks. Youll be comfortable leading discussions at executive and board level and confident balancing commercial ambition with governance and control.

Equally important is how you lead. Youll be someone who brings clarity builds strong relationships and creates an environment where teams and partners perform at their best. Youll combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic delivery-focused mindset and youll understand the importance of both detail and direction in a global function like this.
