Rate of Pay: 37.89- 50.04 per hour
Summary:
The Area Building Control Surveyor is responsible for delivering a professional and customer-focused Building Control service in accordance with the Building Safety Act Building Act Building Regulations London Building Acts and associated legislation. As a Registered Building Inspector (RBI) the post holder will undertake restricted functions within the scope of their registration class and professional competence ensuring that construction projects comply with statutory requirements relating to health safety accessibility sustainability structural integrity and energy efficiency.
