As Assistant Store Manager your focus is on motivating your team and giving each customer a meaningful shopping experience. Youre also second-in-command ready to fill in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Above all youre dedicated to driving your stores performance by ensuring excellent customer service effective teamwork and efficient operations every day.
Youll act as a role model for your team and a true ambassador for Rituals. Youll support your Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback youll help to recruit hire and retain a diverse and talented store team youll coach your team members to help them feel more engaged while achieving their full potential and finally youll serve as your Store Managers right hand by helping them with day-to-day business activities!
Were looking for someone who can deliver operational excellence particularly in stock and inventory management while upholding high store standards in a fast-paced high-footfall setting. A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
