A successful Secondary School in Sunderland is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join its support staff team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator with strong leadership skills to play a central role in the smooth and effective running of a busy school office. The successful candidate will oversee administrative operations support senior leaders and ensure that office systems and procedures are delivered to the highest standard.
The Office Manager will lead the administrative team and act as a key point of contact for staff parents governors and external agencies. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are completed efficiently accurately and in line with school policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing student records managing communications supporting admissions processes coordinating meetings and events maintaining office systems and ensuring compliance with relevant administrative requirements. You will also support the Senior Leadership Team with operational tasks and contribute to the ongoing development of administrative procedures.
