How you will create an impact

You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data analysis experience judgement and a risk mind-set. It will be essential to build effective relationships with brokers and to deliver a high standard of customer service.
You will also play a key role in new business development including attending broker events and building new relationships across the market.

What youll need to succeed

Underwriting experience in Marine - Transport and Logistics and a successful record of selling products to clients.
Strong communication networking and relationship building skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Customer and sales orientated behaviours: motivated tenacious focused technically skilled proactive and accountable.
