Learning & Development Advisor / Co-ordinatorJob Description:
Part-time role 24 hours a week (hours/days flexible)What youll be doing
Provide ongoing learning and development advice to Service Personnel throughout their careers.
Promote and support access to funded external learning opportunities including e-learning.
Find new ways to promote LDO Hub services using a range of media and materials.
Work with LDO colleagues to deliver L&D interviews schedule Hub events and support learners.
Provide learning resources and maintain accurate education records in JPA.
Coordinate and approve learning credit schemes for eligible learners.
Organise promote and deliver annual L&D open days and unitlevel briefings.
Raise awareness of Resettlement support and provide 2nd Line Resettlement guidance in line with policy.
What were looking for:
Essential:
Strong verbal written and presentation skills
Ability to plan and prioritise resources effectively
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (M365) applications
Strong Administration experience
Desirable:
Any qualification in education and teaching or learning and development (or equivalent)
Experience of qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring
