PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Retail Change Leadership Change Specialist supports the Manager of RetailTraining andChange Leadership to developand deliver organizational change person supports the intake process to develop content for large scale change management efforts and events which includeslogistics ownership of the table coachprogramandthe support ofwork stream lead content addition this person provides support for banner initiativeimmersions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champions innovative change management approaches that energize engagement and ensure successful adoption.
• Builds andmaintainsstrong relationships with business leaders positioning the team as trusted experts inchangeleadership.
• Partners to design and deliver content and learning approaches that fully immerse Retail Leadership in change initiatives ensuring strong adoption of strategic priorities across both in-person and hybrid (virtual/live) environments.
• Supports the development and execution of change management strategies to effectively implement and sustain the Easy Fresh and AffordableYou Can Count on Food Lion Every Day and Count on me across the Food Lion banner.
• Collaborates with Retail Leadership and RetailFieldSupport teams to plan and execute large-scale immersion experiences( Next Conversation)annually across the Food Lion banner.
• Accountable forlogisticsand materialsrelated to large scale organizational change management effort
• Leads and manages the Table Coach program strengthening adult learning experiences and reinforcing key messages during change management sessions.
• Drives organizational growth and learning for retail banner initiatives collaborating with leaders to align change management with strategic business priorities (e.g. Food LionToGo CustomerService Experience).
• Supportscontinuous improvement of change management strategies tools and sustainability approaches across the Food Lion banner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven facilitation skills and general knowledge of and experience with Adult Learning Theory.
• MSWordExcelPowerPointand Power BI
• Proficiencywith virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams Zoom) andtroubleshooting basic technical issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strongfacilitation &experience Deliveryskills
• Strong written verbaland interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to managemultiple priorities with strongorganizationalandtime managementskills.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

TRAVEL

• This role requires frequent travel (approximately 60%) to support Retail initiatives across the bannerand a valid drivers license.
