We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of projects across the UK. You will ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and to the highest standards while supporting commercial performance and business growth.
Lead and deliver industrial refrigeration (IREF) projects end-to-end
Manage multiple projects to meet financial targets contract obligations and customer expectations
Own project P&L ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Identify risks and opportunities implementing effective mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Sales on bids tenders and pricing
Ensure contracts are commercially sound and compliant
Lead and develop installation and commissioning teams
Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Champion Health & Safety and ensure compliance with UK regulations (PSSR DSEAR CDM)
Proven Project Management experience
Strong Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) knowledge
Experience delivering installation projects in industrial refrigeration
Solid understanding of ammonia & CO₂ systems
Knowledge of PSSR BS EN378 DSEAR and CDM Regulations
Contract management and commercial awareness
Ability to read P&ID drawings and schematics
Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to travel across the UK with time away from home
