Job Description

Your First Year
Start in an operational role within one of Reed Groups three areas: Reed Reed in Partnership or .
Engage in hands-on work matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers.
Participate in a comprehensive 3-day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.
Receive industry-leading training and development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
A motivated and results-driven attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
