About the Role & What Were Looking For

Were looking for a passionate and driven Sushi Chef to join our team in a busy kitchen environment delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining the highest standards.

You will be:

• Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to use your initiative

• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Committed to producing fresh high-quality and sustainable food

In This Role You Will

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand each shift including raw fish and meat
• Ensure accurate labelling in line with food safety and allergen regulations
• Multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Maintain a clean organised workspace and storage areas
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
• Work early shifts when required (from 6:30am)
• Continuously develop your skills and support your teams growth

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
• The ability to follow brand standards and company policies
• Pride in your work always striving to improve and develop
