The Business Manager to the CEO acts as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO within the broker business. The role exists to drive focus discipline and execution across CEO priorities; ensure the business is aligned to agreed strategy and delivery commitments; and provide high-quality commercial governance and performance support to enable effective decision-making at Executive and Board level.
The role balances strategic coordination with hands-on delivery ensuring that priorities are progressed at pace risks and issues are surfaced early and the organisation operates with clarity accountability and control.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate significant previous experience in a Business Manager Executive Assistant Chief of Staff Operations Support Governance Support or similar addition to this you will have;
