About This Role:

The Events Coordinator is part of the EMEA/APAC events logistics team and reports to the Manager EMEA event operations. Our ideal candidate for this position is a fast-paced motivated organized detail-oriented and customer-focused individual.

Job Description:

  • Manage various components of event operations. These may include catering meeting room specifications audio-visual tools internet signage registration website updates mobile app coordination agendas special events and VIP travel needs.
  • Handle event materials such as lanyards badges tent cards and décor items.
  • Coordinate registration needs including sessions attendee messaging scanning registration codes and others.
  • Create and edit event app in Cvent monitoring for quality control.
  • Facilitate analysts one-on-one meetings and roundtable sessions at events ensuring accurate information is listed on the website and in the scheduling tool.
  • Travel to events to interact with clients and provide top-notch customer service while overseeing sponsor lead retrieval meeting coordination and the mobile app.
  • Review processes for improvements. Assist with new initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree; a strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience.
  • At least some professional experience preferably related to live events.
  • A detail-oriented approach; excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as a valued contributing member of a team.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint HTML Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • The ability to travel to EMEA forums.
