Were looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality experience across all outlets including our restaurant bar room service and events. Who Were Looking For:
Youll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality whether that be in a restaurant bar or running events in a management role. Were looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. Youll be a confident leader who is calm confident and solutions-focused even when the pressures on. A leader who is has excellent communication and people management skills.
Youll be commercially minded with a focus on cost control and revenue growth and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant bar conference or events so flexibility is key along with professionalism and a sense of fun!
