Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming early years setting in Liverpool that is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5, and who wants to make a real difference in the early stages of childrens development. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework * Observing, assessing, and documenting childrens learning and development * Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers * Supporting childrens individual needs, including those with SEND * Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment * Maintaining accurate records and contributing to learning journals What We’re Looking For: * A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3) * A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development * Solid understanding of the EYFS framework * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential) * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Whats on Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Supportive and inclusive team environment * Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities * The chance to work with a setting that truly values its staff J-18808-Ljbffr
