Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑time, temporary to permanent (from September 2026) The inspection report highlights a caring and well‑established early years environment where children feel safe, settled, and well supported. This Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work full time within a supportive early years setting on a temporary to permanent basis. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and well‑being through high‑quality care and engaging early years practice. This role is ideal for a qualified practitioner seeking stability, progression, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position from September 2026. Responsibilities * Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. * Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. * Plan and support age‑appropriate, play‑based learning activities. * Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s developmental records. * Support children’s personal care, routines, and well‑being. * Promote positive behaviour, social interaction, and emotional development. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent routines. * Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. * Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and early years policies at all times. Qualifications * Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential). * Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. * Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. * Caring, patient, and nurturing approach. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Reliable and committed to a full‑time role. * Willingness to start on a temporary basis with the aim of becoming permanent. * Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
