You’ll spend the majority of your time with our customers, doing what you do best.Responsibilities:* Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.* Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.* Offer different models of service delivery: face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.* Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.* Work within sessional limits based on the client’s Private Medical Insurance allowance.* Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.* Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching.* Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.* Provide group psychoeducation and mental health awareness through remote presentations, workshops, and training.* Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa’s service policies.* Attend regular clinical supervision and monthly team meetings.* Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences.Key Skills / Qualifications:Essential:* Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.* Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.* General adult mental health experience.* At least 1 year’s post-qualification clinical experience. Desirable:* Training and accreditation in specialized areas of psychological relevance.* Corporate experience.* Excellent leadership and management skills.Key Skills & Experience:* General adult mental health specialism experience.* Corporate experience and business understanding.* Up-to-date CPD.* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.* Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritize workload within demanding time scales.* Proven customer service and client liaison experience.* Excellent application of clinical knowledge.* Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.* Experience managing own caseload and working towards individual targets and outcomes.* High standards in written and oral communication.* Diverse and varied clinical experience.Personal Characteristics:* Well-developed communication skills.* Effective time management.* Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.* Understanding of a corporate environment.* Ability to work at pace.* Excellent team player.* Strong problem-solving capability.* Strong professional and personal drive.* Ability to respond rapidly and decisively.Benefits:Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
