What you will do * Deliver high-quality nursing care as part of the Early Intervention Psychosis Team, helping patients navigate their mental health journey. * Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft bespoke care plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Carry out comprehensive assessments, regularly reviewing and adapting care plans as necessary. * Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to understand and manage their conditions. * Engage in regular supervision and training opportunities to ensure continual professional development. * Drive between various sites as needed to support service delivery. Requirements * Professional Registration: Must hold valid NMC registration. * Community Mental Health Experience: Previous experience working within community mental health or psychosis services is highly desirable. * Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential for travel between sites. * Assessment Skills: Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and risk management skills. * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a patient-centred approach.
