Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm based in Rusholme for a Legal Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.\n
\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised, personable, and proactive individual with previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider legal team.\n

Key Responsibilities as a Legal Receptionist:\n
\n
    \n
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and telephone enquiries
    • \n
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately
    • \n
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage fee earner diaries
    • \n
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries
    • \n
  • Support solicitors and legal staff with ad hoc administrative tasks
    • \n
  • Ensure reception and meeting areas are kept tidy and presentable
    • \n
About you as a Legal Receptionist:\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Administrator, or Legal Receptionist
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • \n
  • Professional telephone manner and strong client care skills
    • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
    • \n
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
    • \n
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
    • \n
  • Previous experience within a law firm or professional services setting is desirable but not essential
    • \n
