We’re growing and need people who move quick, think sharp, and care deeply. Think people-first, fast-paced, rewarding, fun, and never, ever dull. We are family with purpose!

What’s in it for you?
  • 25 days leave plus bank holidays.
  • Option to buy 5 extra days (FTE). Time off is important!
  • You always get your birthday off.
  • Enhanced pay for maternity, adoption, shared parental and paternity leave.
  • Bonus scheme so you get to benefit from our success.
  • Recognition scheme that rewards brilliant work.
  • Flexible working opportunities to align with your lifestyle.
  • Death in service.
  • Car scheme.
  • Award winning wellbeing initiatives.
  • Access to many other benefits, including lifestyle discounts, emergency loans, eyecare vouchers, mental, wellness, financial and legal support.
  • An award winning, fun and rewarding culture where you make a genuine difference to patients and healthcare teams every day.

The role
  • Support the efficient delivery of a distance-selling pharmacy dispensing service in line with established Standard Operating Procedures
  • Dispense medication safely and accurately, ensuring clinical safety and adherence to pharmaceutical protocols
  • Ensure the timely packing, dispatch and delivery of prescribed medications to patients across England
  • Provide healthcare advice and patient support via telephone and electronic communication channels
  • Manage operational and clinical queries from healthcare practitioners, GPs and other medical professionals
  • Complete prescription administration accurately, ensuring all documentation and processing is completed within required timeframes
  • Dispense medication into monitored dosage systems, including blister packs and compliance aids, in line with pharmacy protocols
  • Pack medications into appropriate delivery packaging, preparing orders safely for distribution to patients and community settings
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence through quality control, attention to detail and continuous improvement
  • Undertake reasonable additional duties to support pharmacy operations and team objectives as required
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including equal opportunities, health and safety and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including MHRA guidelines, clinical governance standards and professional dispensing requirements

This role is for someone ready to grab an opportunity and run with it. If this feels like the challenge you’ve been waiting for get in touch.

  • Strong expertise in safe medication dispensing, including monitored dosage systems, blister packs and compliance packaging
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and current legal and professional developments within the pharmacy sector
  • Confidence in handling clinical and operational queries from patients, healthcare professionals, GPs and medical practitioners

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:
  • You're a brilliant self-starter.
  • You set high standards and never settle for "good enough".
  • You're love teaming up, but equally comfortable working independently.
  • You’re ready to make a difference in healthcare.
  • You're not afraid to speak up, ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • You thrive on challenge, moving forward, and are happy to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
