Come and join our award-winning teams - We are recruiting a Chef/Cook for a prestigious new city centre office development in Edinburgh.
Rate of Pay: 28,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)Location: Edinburgh, EH3



Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees

  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefs

  • Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts

  • Recording and reducing food waste levels

  • Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities

  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations


What we are looking for:

  • Be passionate about world-class food and customer service

  • Have experience in a similar role

  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Have a good understanding of Food Handling & Hygiene standards

  • Have a flexible approach to working
