Job description
If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology- but want a role that genuinely elevates your day-to-day, this could be your next step. This is a part time position working 3 days, Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. You will have the autonomy to own a high performing, established clinic in Newcastle Upon Tyne, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova behind you. The clinic environment You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including: * Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations * Advanced diagnostic assessments * Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations * Strong operational and admin support Everything is built around enabling you to deliver consistent, high-quality hearing care. The role * Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes * Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care * Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships * Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey * Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio * Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand Progression & development We’re investing in the next generation of clinical leaders.
