You'll have the chance to work both in the UK and overseas, contributing to projects that matter.Key Responsibilities- Conduct data analysis, hydraulic modelling, and hydrology assessments.- Utilise GIS for technical reporting and flood risk assessments.- Ensure quality assurance by reviewing junior staff work.- Develop and test flood mitigation concepts.- Collaborate with environmental scientists, engineers, and planners.- Support business development activities, including tendering and client engagement.Candidate Requirements- Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering.- Proficiency in 1D-2D hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller, ESTRY, TUFLOW, or InfoWorks ICM.- Strong GIS skills.- Experience in flood risk analyses and hydrological assessments.- Self-driven with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.Why Apply?Enjoy a competitive salary of £33,000 - £54,000 and a range of benefits tailored to your lifestyle.
