Job description
Job Description We are looking for a Mid-weight Creative to join our growing team. Someone who is passionate about creating bold, disruptive ideas that will cut through on social platforms and welcomes the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident in coming up with conceptual ideas that feel native to short‑form platforms, can write up ideas in compelling presentation decks and is deeply tapped into internet culture. This is a hands‑on creative role with social‑first ideation and development at its core. Job Requirements * 3+ years experience working in social-first creative roles, ideally within an agency or brand environment * Strong track record of ideating and developing concepts for short‑form social platforms * Confident collaborating across production, from creative development through to execution * Deep understanding of social trends, platform behaviours and internet culture * Ability to create and present ideas clearly in decks and client‑facing meetings * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Bonus Skills * On‑set experience supporting creative direction or production * Copywriting or scriptwriting experience Job Responsibilities Key responsibilities: * Develop bold, social-first creative ideas for always‑on, reactive, content series and campaigns * Stay deeply connected to internet culture, trends, creators and platform behaviours, with a strong instinct for what’s worth reacting to * Translate ideas into clear and compelling presentation decks * Confidently present and articulate creative thinking internally and to clients * Contribute to pitch work, brainstorms and creative development across a range of clients * Collaborate closely with Social, Content Creators and Strategy teams to shape concepts from initial thinking through to execution * Support on shoots and productions where needed, helping maintain the creative vision throughout execution * Contribute creative problem solving during production and post‑production * Adapt quickly within fast‑paced environments while maintaining high creative standards Job Benefits * Free daily breakfast * Office dog day every Wednesday * Pension scheme * Generous holiday allowance, including your birthday off * Eye care support * Access to our Employee Assistance Programme & Mental Health First Aiders * Generous family‑friendly policies * Regular social events and direct communication with leadership * Volunteering days * Recognition schemes and awards * Long‑service awards * High street discount vouchers * Cycle‑to‑work scheme EEO & Diversity We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of background, feel valued and empowered.
