Property Turnover Cleaner

A growing UK cleaning company is expanding its network of reliable cleaners and is looking for experienced Property Turnover Cleaners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has the skills to transform a property from its previous condition into a clean, presentable home ready for its next occupants.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete full property turnover and end-of-tenancy cleans

• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

• Clean cupboards, appliances and fitted furniture

• Dust, wipe and sanitise doors, frames, blinds and other surfaces

• Pay close attention to areas that are often overlooked

• Ensure the property is presented to a high standard before the next tenant moves in

The Work

• Part-time and flexible cleaning assignments

• Cleaning jobs offered locally as they become available

• Typical bookings range from 4 to 8 hours

• Monday to Friday availability, with frequent weekend work

• Job-specific instructions supplied before each booking

What You Can Earn

• £15 per hour

• Additional £18 per job for using your own equipment and cleaning products

• Travel time paid where applicable

• Parking at the client's property covered, except where street parking is the only option

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning

• Excellent cleaning standards and an eye for detail

• The ability to manage jobs without direct supervision

• Their own cleaning equipment and products

• A reliable vehicle – public transport cannot be used for this role

• Strong communication skills

• A reliable, honest and professional approach
