Job description
Major Players | B Corp provided pay range This range is provided by Major Players | B Corp. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range ROLE: Designer Fantastic opportunity to join the team at a culture led restaurant chain. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop digital and print assets for campaigns, menus, packaging, and in-store signage. 2. Create short-form motion graphics and animations for social media, digital screens, and paid advertising. 3. Ensure all designs align with the brand visual identity and brand guidelines. 4. Work closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to bring campaigns to life. 5. Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, and assets for easy access. 6. Contribute ideas for campaigns, activations, and innovative ways to engage customers through design. Skills & Experience 1. Experience in a graphic design or motion design role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or FMCG. 2. Ability to create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits. 3. Experience designing for both digital and print mediums. 4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition. 5. Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. 6.
