Kitchen Assistant - Join the Blue Arrow Team - Flexible Work - Sleaford
\n\nBlue Arrow is proud to be one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists for hospitality and catering. We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to join our Blue Arrow team supporting our local clients in Stone and the surrounding area.

\n\nThe Role
\nAs a Kitchen Assistant working with Blue Arrow, you will support experienced chefs and kitchen teams to ensure service runs smoothly. You may be working across a variety of environments including schools, care homes, staff canteens, restaurants and event venues.
\n\nYour responsibilities may include food preparation, pot washing, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and assisting the wider team during busy service periods.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation \n
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment \n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene \n
- Supporting kitchen teams during service \n
- Following food safety and health and safety procedures \n

- Previous kitchen or catering experience is helpful but not essential \n
- A reliable and positive attitude \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment \n
- Strong teamwork skills \n
- Flexibility to take on shifts when available \n
