You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why weve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies. Overview of the role We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Burslem - Stoke on Trent. This community pharmacy is commutable from Greater Manchester, Birmingham and Staffordshire and is located in a service station. It has a good relationship with the local GP surgeries/health centres. How our pharmacy makes a difference * It dispenses 7200 items a month, * It provides a wide range of services including nms, blood pressure, ABPM, pharmacy first, supervised consumption, contraception services and covid and flu vaccinations. * It provides services to 17 substance misuse patients and 1 care home with 17 beds. * It dispenses 187 community blisters. This pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm an Saturday 9am-12noon. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 4 pharmacy assistants and an ACT. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity. You’ll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
