Job description
Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property – Gloucester – 4+ PQE Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working Available) Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week) Salary:£45,000–£65,000 (depending on experience) A well-established and family-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment that truly understands the importance of work‑life balance and the demands of balancing personal and professional commitments. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: * Freehold and leasehold transactions * New build property work * Help to Buy matters * Shared ownership transactions * Sales, purchases and re‑mortgages * Managing files from instruction through to completion * Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client care * Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines Candidate Requirements * Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner * 4+ years’ experience handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload * Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions * Ability to manage files independently from inception to completion * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and client‑facing skills * A proactive, client‑focused and professional approach Benefits * A supportive, close-knit and family‑oriented working environment * Genuine understanding and flexibility around work‑life balance * Hybrid working arrangements * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to join a busy and growing team * Ongoing development and career progression opportunities How to Apply Olivia Reed Email: oliviareed@chadwicknott.co.uk Phone: 0117 917 1515 / 07711 799761 The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
