Barchesters marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our fast‑paced Brand team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager and working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you will bring commercial awareness, data‑driven thinking and a passion for impactful offline campaigns. Hybrid working: one day in the office per week at Finsbury Square, London. Job responsibilities * Deliver multi‑channel offline campaigns to boost enquiries and reduce cost per enquiry/conversion. * Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard. * Work with Operations to identify homes needing support and share performance updates. * Manage campaign inboxes and provide responsive support to homes on targeting and local activity. * Liaise with Development and Interior Design to stay updated on refurbishment timelines and share information via the tracker. * Work with Customer Experience to refine customer journeys and update tools and guidance. * Lead planning for post‑refurbishment events to drive awareness and enquiries. * Maintain reporting tools with up‑to‑date campaign and home‑level data. * Oversee media tracking (numbers, URLs) and report monthly performance. * Manage budgets, process invoices promptly, and flag risks or underspend. * Provide ad‑hoc support to Campaign Marketing and the Head of Brand Marketing. The person you are * Strong communication skills. * Collaborative mindset. * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Confidence working with data to inform decisions. * Proactive, organised approach and passion for delivering great work. * Minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
