About the RoleThe Partner & Counsel Onboarding Manager is an integral part of Lathams Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lateral partner and counsel onboarding, and contribute to the smooth transition and integration of each lateral partner and counsel, while working closely with the Director of Partner Integration, the Partner Recruiting leadership team, other members of the Partner Recruiting & Integration teams, and collaborating with numerous local and global business services teams to manage all phases of the lateral partner and counsel onboarding process firmwide. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
