Rigorous Pupil Tracking: Implement consistent, low-stakes formative assessment routines, meticulously analysing weekly homework and formal mock scripts to spot misconceptions early and adapt planning accordingly. GCSE Preparation: Guide Year 11 cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal Foundation and Higher tier GCSE Mathematics papers, building exam stamina, decoding multi-step word problems, and mastering reasoning marks. Community Pastoral Care: Fulfill full form tutor responsibilities within a established year group structure, managing daily registration, delivering pastoral curriculum units, and maintaining proactive communication with families regarding attendance and welfare.
