Assess, track, and report on student progress and attainment in line with exam board specifications, implementing targeted interventions where necessary. Actively contribute to the wider life of the school and the humanities department, including open evenings and extra-curricular initiatives. Maintain high expectations for student behavior and academic achievement, creating a positive, safe, and purposeful learning environment. Requirements Qualifications: Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS, alongside a degree in religious studies, theology, or a closely related discipline. Experience: A proven track record of teaching religious education within a UK secondary school setting (including successful ITT/PGCE placements). Skills: Exceptional subject knowledge across world religions, philosophy, and ethics, confident classroom management techniques, and excellent communication skills.
