Job description
Location: 18-20 Eagle Street, Glasgow, G4 7XA Contract: Permanent and Full-Time, 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on-call) A New Chapter: Join a Growing Leader It is an incredibly exciting time to join PTSG Water Treatment. As a rapidly expanding leader in the water safety and treatment industry, we are setting new standards for excellence across the UK. With a portfolio spanning over 25,000 sites nationwide and a team of dedicated specialists operating across every sector, our growth is driven by a commitment to delivering faster, more innovative, and deeper solutions for our clients. We are not just expanding our footprint; we are evolving our capabilities and investing in the experts who make it happen. If you are looking to be part of a forward-thinking, industry-leading team where your contribution truly matters, we want you to be part of our journey. What You'll Be Doing Here: You’ll be the person who knows exactly where our engineers are and what they’re doing. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients who need to know when we’re showing up, and you’ll spend your day making sure the schedule actually makes sense. It’s a busy and fast paced role that require a good attention to detail. You’ll be checking in on technician progress, tweaking routes to save time, and pulling reports to fix any jobs that fell through the cracks. When an engineer calls in sick or someone goes on holiday, you’re the one who jumps in to reshuffle the diary so the work still gets done. It’s about being the steady hand that keeps things organised when the day gets messy. Who We're Looking For: You'll need excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both clients and our team. It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with field-based teams, managing scheduling and planning. You must be able to prioritise workload efficiently, have a high attention to detail and be comfortable solving problems. What we offer: This is a permanent and full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), and you can truly switch off as there's no on-call or weekend work, plus the office is closed during Christmas! We are dedicated to your growth and development offering flexibility and a family-oriented culture with promotions from within. You'll also receive 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays and access to a Vivup employee benefits platform. If you’re ready for a role where your work is genuinely recognised and rewarded apply now! About PTSG PTSG Group is a leading provider of specialist services across the UK and Europe. Through the acquisition of high-quality specialist businesses, PTSG has built a group of industry-leading companies delivering services across Access & Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access, Fire Solutions, and Water Treatment.
