Audiologist Partner Job Glasgow Full-Time | Audiology Partner / Business Owner | Domiciliary | 50K + Car Allowance + Dividends - First-Year Incentives Job Overview Flame Health Audiology is working in partnership with a community-focused healthcare organisation to recruit an Audiology Partner to lead and grow a domiciliary hearing care business across the Brighton area, covering the Glasgow area, West/South West Glasgow. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with business ownership, allowing you to run your own audiology business while benefiting from a proven operational framework, established systems, and ongoing clinical and commercial support. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, accessible hearing care services within the community, improving patient outcomes and quality of life. Key Job Details * Position: Audiology Partner * Location: Glasgow area, West/South West Glasgow * Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) * Contract Type: Partner / Business Ownership * Working Model: Domiciliary / Community-Based Financial & Professional Package * Base Salary: 50K per annum * 5K Car Allowance * Dividends: Income growth linked to business performance * First-Year Incentives - Salary 70K: o 10K bonus at 6 months o Additional 10K bonus at 12 months * Access to cutting-edge clinical technology * Ongoing clinical, business, and commercial support * Generous benefits package including pension, medical cover, and additional benefits Key Responsibilities Business & Team Leadership * Build, develop, and lead your own domiciliary audiology team * Take ownership of recruitment, performance, and development Clinical & Service Excellence * Deliver high standards of clinical care and patient experience * Maintain best practice, governance, and regulatory compliance Community Engagement * Build trusted relationships within local communities * Deliver a patient-first, accessible hearing care service Commercial Ownership * Take ownership of day-to-day business decisions * Drive sustainable growth and long-term business value Candidate Requirements * Qualified and HCPC-registered Audiologist * Full UK driving licence * Right to work in the UK * Strong clinical standards with a patient-first mindset * Leadership capability with commercial awareness * Ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial This Role Would Suit an Audiologist Who Is Looking To: * Run and grow their own audiology business * Combine clinical practice with leadership and ownership * Work closely with their local community * Build a long-term asset for themselves and their family * Maintain independence while benefiting from proven operational support Location Glasgow offers an excellent balance of professional opportunity, lifestyle, and connectivity.
