The Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) initiatives related to Stars & quality metric improvement. This role focuses on driving clinical quality, managing care gaps, and fostering strong collaboration with payor partners to enhance the overall patient experience and programmatic success. The Analyst will leverage data and analytics to monitor clinical performance, design and execute targeted outreach campaigns, and build sustainable reconciliation processes.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
