Registered Home Manager
£60,000 per annum | NMC Registered Nurse Required
We're looking for a dynamic Registered Home Manager who has successfully led larger care homes and knows what it takes to deliver outstanding results. From maintaining exceptional care standards and regulatory compliance to developing high-performing teams and driving occupancy, you'll be at the heart of the home's continued success.
You'll be joining an organisation that genuinely values strong leadership and quality care. If you have a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, a talent for inspiring teams, and a passion for creating a positive environment where residents can truly flourish, we'd love to hear from you.
