✅ Rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm

About the Patient Services Therapy Coordinator Role\n

As a Patient Services Therapy Coordinator, you will be a key member of a busy contact centre and administration team, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

You will act as a vital point of contact between patients, clinicians, and internal departments, delivering outstanding service while ensuring information is managed accurately and in line with healthcare compliance standards.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential.

Patient Services Therapy Coordinator Responsibilities\n

As a Patient Services Therapy Coordinator, you will:

✅ Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels

\n

✅ Provide professional and compassionate support to patients, resolving queries efficiently

\n

✅ Update and maintain accurate patient records across internal systems

\n

✅ Complete a variety of administrative duties, including data entry and document processing

\n

✅ Work towards individual and team service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets

\n

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations

\n

✅ Deliver a high standard of customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment

\n

✅ Support a positive patient experience from initial enquiry through to resolution
